Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your ASM Clothing Club piece. If something doesn't fit, you can request a return under the following conditions.

1) Right of withdrawal (EU)

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2) Conditions for returns

Requirements:

• Item unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition

• All labels must be present.

• No odors (perfume/smoke) or signs of wear.

3) Non-returnable (hygiene)

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:

• Underwear / bodysuits / swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or there are signs of wear

(please adapt to your product range)

4) Return process

Please send via email:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (in case of defects)

You will then receive the return address and instructions.

5) Return shipping costs

The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery by us.

6) Refunds

After receipt and verification, the refund will be issued within 5-10 working days via the original payment method.

7) Defective / Incorrectly Delivered Items

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the costs and offer a replacement or refund.
