Shipping policy

ASM Clothing Club delivers to Germany and countries of the European Union (EU).

1) Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays.

2) Estimated delivery times

• Germany: 2–5 working days

• EU: 3–8 working days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by high demand, strikes, or delays at the shipping provider.

3) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4) Shipment tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if available.

5) Incorrect address / Non-delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. If a package is returned due to incorrect information or unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping costs may apply.

6) Damaged packages / Defective items

If your package arrives damaged or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
